gopaldo Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 Minimum Age. Access to and use of the gopaldo platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR guidelines governing online gaming in the Philippines. gopaldo enforces this requirement through identity verification during the account registration and KYC process.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The gopaldo platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law do so at their own risk and without the authorisation of gopaldo. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.

2.3 Registration Requirements. To create an Account, a User must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during registration;
• Not already hold an existing gopaldo Account (whether active, suspended, or closed);
• Not have been previously self-excluded from gopaldo or any other gaming platform subject to applicable exclusion protocols; and
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

2.4 KYC Verification. gopaldo requires all Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawal access is activated. Acceptable forms of identification include a Philippine National ID (PhilSys), passport, driver's licence, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Postal ID, or other government-issued identification acceptable at gopaldo's discretion. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by gopaldo may result in Account suspension.

3.1 One Account Per User. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the gopaldo platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, gopaldo reserves the right to suspend all related Accounts, void any associated winnings, and return deposits subject to investigation.

3.2 Account Security. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods configured on the Account. Users must not share their Account credentials with any third party. gopaldo will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the User's failure to maintain the security of their Account.

3.3 Accurate Information. Users warrant that all information provided to gopaldo during registration and throughout the duration of their Account relationship is accurate, complete, and up to date. Users must promptly notify gopaldo of any changes to their registered information, including changes to their Philippine mobile number, email address, or banking details.

3.4 Account Inactivity. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered inactive. gopaldo may apply an administrative fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule, as communicated to the Account holder via their registered contact details. Users will be notified before any such fee is applied.

3.5 Account Closure by User. Users may request closure of their gopaldo Account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the User via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gopaldo accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven (Cliqq), and Cebuana Lhuillier. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without advance notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the gopaldo platform is PHP 100, unless a higher minimum is specified in connection with a particular promotional offer. gopaldo reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts by publishing updated limits on the platform.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to a User's gopaldo Account within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to three (3) hours depending on the User's financial institution and transaction volume. Over-the-counter deposits via 7-Eleven and Cebuana Lhuillier are processed upon confirmation from the respective payment processor.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on the gopaldo platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). gopaldo does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the User's financial institution are the sole responsibility of the User.

4.5 Own Funds. Users may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or accounts belonging to other individuals are prohibited. Where third-party funding is identified, the deposit may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.

5.1 KYC Requirement. All withdrawal requests on the gopaldo platform require completed and approved KYC identity verification. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC approval will be held in pending status until verification is complete.

5.2 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours;
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank / UnionBank: Same business day or next business day, subject to banking cut-off times;
• Cebuana Lhuillier: 1 to 3 business days.

These processing times are estimates and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount on the gopaldo platform is PHP 200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.4 Withdrawal to Verified Method Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified in the User's name. gopaldo will not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties.

5.5 Right to Request Documentation. gopaldo reserves the right to request additional documentation from a User before processing any withdrawal request, including but not limited to proof of source of funds, additional identity documents, or bank statements. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by gopaldo may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

6.1 Bonus Terms Apply. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by gopaldo are subject to specific terms and conditions set out in the applicable promotion page. These Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms, and in the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a User's Account are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry period will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless otherwise stated, each User is eligible to claim each promotion once. Repeated exploitation of bonus offers through multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other mechanism intended to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion constitutes bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds, suspension of the Account, and recovery of any improperly obtained winnings.

6.4 gopaldo's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. gopaldo reserves the right to modify the terms of any active promotion, or to withdraw a promotion entirely, at any time and without prior notice, subject to applicable consumer protection obligations. Modifications will not retroactively apply to Bonus Funds already credited and under active wagering by the User at the time of modification.

7.1 Game Results Are Final. All game results on the gopaldo platform, whether generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or determined by a live dealer table using certified game equipment and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology, are final and binding. gopaldo does not alter game results after they have been determined.

7.2 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, network disconnection, or system error during a game round, the round will be determined based on the recorded game state at the time of the failure, if such data is available. Where a game round cannot be determined, the wager will be returned to the User's Account. gopaldo's determination of the outcome of any disputed round shall be final.

7.3 Provider Rules. Each game on the gopaldo platform is governed by the rules of the applicable game provider (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Live, SA Gaming, Jili Games, PG Soft, and Fachai). Users are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. Game rules are accessible within each game's interface.

7.4 Maximum Win Limits. Certain games and promotional rounds on the gopaldo platform may be subject to maximum win limits. Any applicable maximum win cap will be disclosed in the game rules or promotion terms. Amounts exceeding the applicable maximum win limit will not be credited to the User's Account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gopaldo platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating more than one Account, or assisting any other person in creating a duplicate Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if under the age of 21 years;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform for the processing of proceeds of criminal activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or errors in game logic to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from gopaldo;
• Coordinating with other Users to exploit promotions, manipulate game outcomes, or engage in arbitrage activity;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Engaging in any form of abuse, threatening behaviour, or harassment directed at gopaldo staff, live dealers, or other platform users; and
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or replicate any element of the gopaldo platform's proprietary technology.

9.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. gopaldo is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices in line with PAGCOR regulatory guidelines. The platform provides a range of tools to help Users manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Users who believe they may have a gambling problem, or who wish to take a break from the platform for any reason, may request self-exclusion by contacting the gopaldo 24/7 live chat support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 12 months. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and the User will not be able to access any gaming services on the platform.

9.3 Underage Gambling Prevention. gopaldo takes the prevention of underage gambling seriously. All Accounts are subject to age verification and KYC procedures. Users are encouraged to utilise parental control software to prevent access to online gambling platforms by minors.

10.1 Ownership. All intellectual property rights in the gopaldo platform, including but not limited to the gopaldo brand, logo, website design, interface elements, software, database structures, promotional materials, and all original content published on gopaldo.org, are the exclusive property of gopaldo or its licensed content providers.

10.2 Limited Licence. gopaldo grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any component of the platform.

10.3 Third-Party Game Content. Certain games available on the gopaldo platform are provided by third-party game developers and studios. All intellectual property rights in such game content remain vested in the respective game provider. Nothing in these Terms grants Users any rights in respect of third-party game content.

11.1 Platform Availability. gopaldo does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or that defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service interruptions, or events beyond gopaldo's reasonable control may affect platform availability.

11.2 Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gopaldo shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

11.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability. gopaldo's total aggregate liability to any individual User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their gopaldo Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

12.1 Termination by gopaldo. gopaldo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that a User has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or where closure is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account by gopaldo for breach of these Terms, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account will be subject to investigation and may be withheld pending resolution of the matter. Bonus Funds and associated winnings shall be forfeited. Upon termination of an Account by gopaldo for reasons other than breach (such as withdrawal of service from a jurisdiction), Real Money Funds will be returned to the User via a verified payment method.

12.3 Voluntary Closure. Users may close their Account at any time by contacting gopaldo support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Funds will be withdrawn to the User's most recently verified payment method, subject to KYC and these Terms. Bonus Funds not yet subject to an active wagering cycle will be forfeited.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2 Jurisdiction. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to gopaldo's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13.3 Informal Resolution. Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, Users are encouraged to contact gopaldo's support team to attempt informal resolution. gopaldo commits to acknowledging all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days and providing a substantive response within twenty (20) business days.

14.1 Right to Amend. gopaldo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Users via their registered email address or via a notification upon login, no less than seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect, except where earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory direction.

14.2 Continued Use. Continued use of the gopaldo platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If a User does not agree with any amendment, they must discontinue use of the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.3.

14.3 Version History. The current version and effective date of these Terms are displayed at the top of this document. Users may request a copy of any prior version by contacting gopaldo support.
